As the founder of Resilient Impact, I am committed to combating unfairness and injustice and am eager to hear about everyone's unique experiences and stories.
The RI team and those interested in joining are individuals who have persevered through various challenges in their lives and have unique stories to tell. They possess the skills, background knowledge, and experience to help others overcome similar challenges, confidently supporting their needs.
Our service offers support tailored to meet each individual’s financial needs. We are a private service providing payment plans or deferred payments to accommodate everyone's circumstances.
Our primary focus is to assist those who do not meet the eligibility criteria for legal financial support from government services. Our fees are adjusted to suit the financial situations of each person, and our affiliates generously contribute discounts on their private service fees, exclusive to RI clients.

We ensure our clients receive comprehensive support, contacting our affiliates for legal advice and immediate assistance when necessary. As advocates and coaches at Resilient Impact (RI), we manage your casework, conduct regular follow-ups, and serve as the liaison between you and your legal representative, as well as all agencies involved, throughout our service engagement. Additionally, RI offers resilience coaching sessions based on positive psychology to help you manage your emotional well-being.

If our service to you requires more than resilience training, we will reach out to a psychologist, counselor, or therapist from our affiliate network to provide you with the most appropriate service and develop a plan tailored to your needs.

When you face a legal matter requiring court attendance, we support you from the moment you engage our services until your court date. We refer you to a lawyer for legal advice, liaise with your lawyer and representatives to prepare you thoroughly, ensuring that you feel confident and supported in every aspect. After your court appearance, we continue to stay in touch to support your ongoing needs.
